Operation Smile Marketing Plan

The digital marketing project aims to create comprehensive and result-oriented fundamentals of digital marketing and websites for the Non-profit Organization, Operation Smile.


My main goal was to focus on SEO and Keyword research. However, my contribution is also found in the development of the Marketing Plan, Setting the Objectives and KPIs.


Project Overview:


The digital marketing project aims to create comprehensive and result-oriented fundamentals of digital marketing and websites for the Non-profit Organization, Operation Smile.


The primary goal of the project is to create marketing objectives, and KPIs, create content for different organic channels, conduct keyword research aid in the site architecture, content, and SEO of a website, use best practices for UX/UI design, website copywriting and SEO in creation of a website.


Objectives:


Grow awareness by increasing traffic to the website through social media platforms by 20% in the next Q4


Increase the website engagement by 20% in the next Q4


Grow the list of subscribers by email by 20% in the next Q4


Scope of Work:


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve the brand's search engine rankings and organic visibility.


Identify and target relevant keywords to attract organic traffic.


Social Media Management:


Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest) to increase brand reach and engagement.


Project Team:


The project will be led by the Digital Marketing Manager, supported by the Content Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, SEO Specialist, and Website creator.


Tools Used:


WordPress, Canva, Semrush, Screaming Frog, THEHOTH, Pixels, SEO Meta.
